Though mouthwash is never a replacement for brushing and flossing, it can help keep your teeth and gums healthy.

Is mouthwash worth using?

Mouthwash can contribute to keeping your mouth clean and gives you fresh breath. However, is mouthwash really necessary for your dental health? Yes, mouthwash helps prevent oral diseases and tooth decay, but do you really need it as part of your dental routine to achieve optimal oral health? Is it worth using? The answer is yes. Using mouthwash can offer several benefits, such as:
